In This Moment - Whore
In your Hate, I have found God.
In your Sin, I have found Love.
In your Faith, I have found Forgiveness.
In This Moment - Whore (Official Video Premiere)
In This Moment’s latest single ‘Whore’ has been climbing the rock charts, and now the band has released the music video - exclusively premiered right here!
The video was directed by Robert Kley, who has also directed their videos for “Adrenalize” and “Blood.” The “Whore” video co-stars Motionless In White’s Chris Motionless and the dark cinematic clip is theatrical and stimulating.
In This Moment frontwoman Maria Brink says, “His look is so perfect for the dirty vintage feel of the video, and he was a perfect gentleman while being violated by me.” She goes on to say, “I knew how amazing placing the visual arts to ‘Whore’ would be when we wrote it, and I have been waiting to release this video since we recorded the song.”
The band’s guitarist Chris Howorth adds, “The video is the best we have created to date - it’s just as creepy and sexy as our live show, with a bunch of extra surprises. Maria really outdid herself on this one… this is her twisted vision brought to life, enjoy!”

“Whore is a really beautiful, empowering song for women. Everything that the word “whore” means, that song rebels against. That song is sarcastic. It’s kind of about learning how to let go of the power that we let other people hold over us with their words, with their belittling. Nobody can control us, nobody has the power… kind of freeing ourselves from the vulnerable, weak parts of us. When somebody calls you something demeaning or hurts you, we’re the ones letting them hurt us by letting their words be that powerful. It’s about letting go. If you listen to the words: I am the dirt you created. I am your sinner, I am your whore. But let me tell you something baby - you love me for everything you hate me for. It’s all reverse psychology. We’re going to do a really powerful charity for this song. The W.H.O.R.E. is Women Honoring One another Rising Eternally.” - Maria Brink, Steppin’ Out Magazine
You love me for everything you hate me for.
